RESCENE

Girl Group · @RESCENE

Five voices turning scent, memory, and melody into scenes that linger.

About

RESCENE is a five-member girl group under THE MUZE Entertainment, made up of Woni, Liv, Minami, May, and Zena. Before their official debut, they introduced themselves with the dreamy pre-release single “YoYo” in February 2024, followed by their first single album, Re, on March 26, 2024. Their name is closely tied to the idea of revisiting a “scene” through “scent.” RESCENE’s identity plays on the connection between fragrance and memory—the way a familiar scent can suddenly bring a forgotten moment back to life. That idea has become more than a name: flowers, fragrance, memories, and lingering impressions repeatedly appear throughout the group’s music and visual concepts. The group is led by Woni, alongside Liv, Minami, May, and Zena. Minami, the group’s Japanese member, was already familiar to some K-pop fans through the survival program My Teenage Girl, while Zena previously appeared on Stars Awakening. Together, the five members form a lineup built around light vocal tones and a polished, melodic pop sound rather than a harder performance-first image. RESCENE began attracting wider attention with their first mini album SCENEDROME and its title track “LOVE ATTACK” in 2024. The song was later included by GRAMMY.com among its ten K-pop songs that stood out that year. They continued developing their sound through Glow Up and Dearest in 2025, followed by their third mini album lip bomb. By 2026, RESCENE had expanded their catalog further with releases including “Runaway” and the special single “Pretty Girl.” Across those releases, the group has kept returning to the same central idea established at debut: making bright, melodic pop that leaves behind a recognizable mood—something meant to stay with the listener like a familiar scent.
