CHASER’s road to debut went through several lineup changes. The group was first introduced in 2025 and released the six-member pre-debut single “Sweet Like Sugar” that November before beginning activities in Japan. After another lineup change, the current five-member formation emerged: Kangbin, Keisuke, Ren, Yunseong, and Sihun. They officially debuted under HOWLING Entertainment on February 25, 2026 with the nine-track mini album ROUTE 01 : BURNING POINT. Its title track, “INVINCIBLE,” blends pop-rock with prominent guitar, bass and an energetic performance style. KProfiles currently lists no official explanation for the name CHASER, so Kovemu should leave its meaning open rather than inventing one. Their fandom name, SEREN, comes from the Welsh word for “star,” representing fans who illuminate the group’s path.
